I am often asked how I became a Makeup Artist - I did not choose my career it really chose me.  As a muddled through college and a myriad of Majors I had been doing makeup and hair on the side which eventually lead to employment at Macy's in their Cosmetic Department.   I loved doing makeup - but never considered it as a career.  While trying to decide what I wanted to "do" with my life the account executive at Christian Dior pointed me in the direction of Makeup Artistry and opened my eyes to the many different aspects of makeup artistry beyond working at a counter.   From there I moved into positions of National Makeup Artist eventually free lancing for ___________.  In 1999 I moved into the position of Lead Makeup Artist for Carter Barnes Phipps Plaza.

I have loved every moment of my Journey - in 2013 I opened The Makeup Unlimited, a studio located in Buckhead/Midtown specializing in delivering ___________  in Bridal, film, video, editorial, fashion.

In 2011 my husband and I started our company Miracle Bars implementing our interest in skin care into handmade soap and body care scrubs lotions and lotion bars.
